The Labour Party is to bring its main autumn conference to Liverpool for the first time, generating tens of millions of pounds for the city's economy.

ACC Liverpool has won a host of new events helping to bolster the economy in England's Northwest.

Liverpool was today revealed as the host city for the 17th UK Corporate Games in 2010.

Jacquie Rogers, General Manager of BT Convention Centre, part of ACC Liverpool, has been voted onto the board of International Association of Congress Centres (AIPC) with 97% of votes.

The British Academic Conference in Otolaryngology and ENT Expo (BACO), provided a live visual experience to delegates at this week's conference held at the BT Convention Centre, part of ACC Liverpool, from the 8th - 10th July.
