Entrances

The BT Convention Centre has two main entrances for delegates – one on the riverside of the building, where the taxi and coach drop-off point is and one on the cityside, where visitors will arrive from our car park or walk across the piazza from the Albert Dock or city centre.

Accessibility

The BT Convention Centre is fully accessible for all customers, with accessible toilets, lifts and entrances in all areas.

Toilets

There are toilets on every level of the BT Convention Centre; walk down the steps before the river side exit or take the escalator down to the lower Galleria the toilets are behind the escalators. There are also two permanent cloakrooms, one on each side of the BT Convention Centre.

Location of cash machine

A Barclays cash machine is situated on site, on the riverside of the building. Walk down the steps before the exit and the machine is on the left; there is no charge for using it.

Visitor Services

Visitor Services is immediately to your left as you enter the building from the city side; if you are visiting the BT Convention Centre for a conference or exhibition, registration desks will be to your right as you enter, again from the cityside.

The Business Centre

The Business Centre is approximately half way along the Galleria, and includes photocopying, stapling, laminating and faxing facilities – amongst others – and a full range of secretarial services for delegates. The internet café contains between four and six work stations and Wi-Fi is available across the BT Convention Centre.

The café

The café is on the ground floor of the Galleria, next to the Business Centre.
