33rd RCOG British International Congress of Obstetrics and Gynaecology

The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) has announced ACC Liverpool, home to BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena, as the chosen venue for its 33rd British International Congress of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2013.
The international annual congress will host over 1200 trainee, consultant and specialist obstetricians and gynaecologists from over 50 representative countries.
The RCOG encourages the study and advancement of the science and practice of obstetrics and gynaecology. We do this through postgraduate medical education and training development, and the publication of clinical guidelines and reports on aspects of the specialty and service provision. The RCOG International Office works with other international organisations to help lower maternal morbidity and mortality in under-resourced countries.
The three-day congress, organised by Hampton Medical Conferences, will take place 24-26 June 2013 and comprise meetings and seminars as well as exhibitors at ACC Liverpool, and a social programme at Liverpool Cathedral.
