Exhibiting at an Event

Every event at the BT Convention Centre will have an external event organiser and a member of our ACC Liverpool team as your dedicated event manager. Our event manager will liaise directly with the organiser throughout both the planning and run-up to the event and the event itself.

You'll receive information and an exhibitor pack direct from the event organiser, which gives you all of the contact details you need to keep in touch with the team, plus further information about loading in and out and exhibitor and delegate information on site.

Loading in

When you come to the BT Convention Centre to exhibit you’ll enter the site via Queens Wharf, where you’ll be directed to a load-in marshalling area. Details of your vehicle and your site access requirements will be managed from here and you'll be directed to one of our two loading bays if required (Bay One is at the head of the BT Convention Centre site; Bay Two sits in the Lower Galleria, between the BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena).

Once called to the loading bay please make sure you observe our 5mph speed limit, as pedestrians may be using the loading areas; reversing in the bays must also be supervised by a member of the ACC Liverpool team. After unloading, all visitors must leave the site or return to the marshalling area for parking. 

We also have a Business Centre on site at the BT Convention Centre; if you need a last minute extension lead, tape or stationery the Business Centre has a good supply of essentials. You can find more information about the Business Centre’s services and opening hours here.
