Our caterer, Heathcotes Outside, sources local, sustainable, seasonal food to make your mouth water. If you’re looking for a tasty breakfast, a Scouse lunch, canapés, a snack or fine dining for the evening, we’ll satisfy your appetite for quality.
Paul Heathcote designs our menu. Heathcotes' first restaurant opened in 1990 and there is now a string of restaurants across the Northwest. Heathcotes has always had a good reputation for sourcing tasty, organic local produce – free range corn-fed Goosnargh duck, chicken from Reg Johnson and Morecambe Bay potted shrimps are just some of the local delights that can be found on menus at ACC Liverpool.
Heathcotes Outside runs the café inside the Galleria, which offers a tasty daily range of fresh sandwiches and snacks along with a selection of drinks. It also provides catering for banquets in our 1800-seat dining hall and a flexible range of canapés, appetisers and snacks for meetings, drinks receptions and functions throughout the BT Convention Centre.
There are a number of other food and drink options on site; you’ll find the contemporary Innfusion restaurant, Inntro bar and Il Barista coffee bar at Jurys Inn, opposite the BT Convention Centre, plus Pizza Express with views over the piazza.
You’ll also find a host of restaurants and bars within the adjacent Grade I listed Albert Dock and more than 20 restaurants on the Food Terrace of Liverpool One – which overlooks the river Mersey – plus numerous other award-winning restaurants across Liverpool city centre.
