We chose the BT Convention Centre for the ITM Conference 2009 for its fantastic facilities and great location. We had high expectations for this particular conference, and I am delighted to report that feedback from delegates has been extremely positive.
 
All front of house staff, no matter what their duties, went out of their way to be welcoming and had great character, which provided a real sense of the place. We truly experienced a real taste of Liverpool. Needless to say, every staff member played a significant role in making our conference one of the most successful events we have held.

We recently held our 4th Annual Hospital Staff Awards Presentation Evening at the BT Convention Centre. The event was attended by 750 members of NHS staff, along with a number of VIPs and celebrity guests, making it the biggest NHS awards ceremony that is held in the country.

As you will appreciate an event of this scale takes a great deal of time and effort to organise and needs the commitment of a good team of staff. During the build-up to the event I liaised closely with my dedicated sales and event managers – both of whom were extremely professional, supportive and helpful both in the run-up to the event and during the evening itself. 

The feedback we have received from our guests has been extremely positive and the night has been hailed as a huge success. So much so, that we have already booked the BT Convention Centre for our event next year
