Meeting Rooms

As well as the Auditorium and main halls, the BT Convention Centre houses 18 breakout rooms containing top-of-the-range technology, with capacities ranging from ten to 500 people. Each room is equipped with the latest telecommunications and data network, cabling infrastructure, wireless LAN, digital audio visual facilities and acoustic panels on the walls for excellent sound clarity.

The rooms are perfect for breakout spaces during conferences, but their flexibility and technical spec make them ideal for other purposes, they are regularly booked for board meetings, training sessions, company away days and sales pitches. Individual rooms can be booked at an hourly or per-delegate rate which includes catering and tea and coffee as required.

We have experts on hand to help set up any room in a style most convenient for you. We can also recommend the most effective configuration for your type of meeting to make sure each delegate gets optimal input and vision. Our rooms are highly flexible and can be set up in classroom or u-shaped styles, plus a range of other configurations.
