Meeting Rooms

The BT Convention Centre houses 18 breakout rooms containing top-of-the-range technology, with capacities ranging from ten to 500 people. Each room is equipped with the latest telecommunications and data network, cabling infrastructure, wireless LAN, digital audio visual facilities and acoustic panels on the walls for excellent sound clarity.

While the meeting rooms are ideal breakout spaces during conferences, their flexibility and technical spec make them ideal for a range of functions including board meetings, company awaydays and planning sessions. Individual rooms can be booked at an hourly or per-delegate rate which includes catering and tea and coffee as required.

Each room can be set up in a style most convenient for you. We can recommend the most effective configuration for your type of meeting to make sure each delegate gets optimal input and vision. Our rooms are highly flexible and can be set up in classroom or u-shaped styles, plus a range of other configurations.

We're highly experienced in hosting training and meeting events – everything will be ready for you before your arrival, so you can start your session the moment you enter the room.
